We run two classes on Tuesdays from 7.30-9.30pm in Henleaze which are open to all. The Beginners class may be at Leonard Hall in Waterford Road or at St Peter’s, depending on numbers, and is for those new to dancing and those who want to brush up their skills. Currently it is at St Peter’s. It is best to wear flat shoes and comfortable clothes (no need for a kilt) and bring a sense of humour. The Intermediate class in St Peter’s Church Hall expands on the basic skills once the basic steps and formations have been mastered. New season due to start on 7th September 2021. Click here for details of both classes. Cost is £4 for members (£5 for non-members). Membership is £10 per annum.

Friday Dance Nights

Friday dancing nights are social occasions, open to members and non-members. Sometimes we have live music and a published programme. On the other Fridays, the dance coaches take us through new and old dances with the emphasis on having fun. Cost is £3 (non-members £4) unless there is live music when the cost is £7.50 (£10 for non-members). More information here.

Special dances, open to members and non-members, are held throughout the year including President’s Night in November , Hogmanay Dance, Beginners’ Night in March, Spring Dance in April and Charity Dance during the summer break.

We also run a residential dance weekend, usually in October, with a guest teacher and live music for workshops and social dancing. Contact us for more information.
